Protein Muesli Muffins

These muffins are packed full of healthy fats, muscle building protein and unrefined carbohydrates. They will not only help you maintain your energy levels between meals, but they are also a quick and easy snack which will empower you for a successful day at work and play!

I N G R E D I E N T S


- 3 ripe bananas
- 4 free range hens eggs
- Tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 cups almonds
- 2 cups walnuts
- 2 scoops of Natural Advantage Natural Super food Protein
- unsweetened almond milk (see method)

 

M E T H O D

1) peel and mash bananas
2) blend almonds and walnuts (leave them a little chunky ;)
3) add cinnamon and protein powder
4) crack eggs and combine all ingredients
5) add enough almond milk so mixture is moist and not to dry
6) spray a 12 piece muffin tray with coconut oil, add in mixture, top with a walnut
7) bake on fan forced at 180 degrees celsius until golden brown
