I introduce to you the Chocolate Banana and Blueberry Protein Smoothie. A combination of carbohydrates, protein and an array of micronutrients which will provide your body with the recovery fuel it needs to perform at your best day in and day out.
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 1 Medium Ripe Banana (see tip below)
- ½ Cup of Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Cup of Ice
- 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Scoop (30 grams of Chocolate Protein Powder)
M E T H O D
1) Blend/process all of the above ingredients
2) Empty content of blender into your favourite cup, add a straw
3) Enjoy
Tip:
-Instead of throwing away over ripe bananas you can remove their skin and freeze them for use in smoothies. Frozen bananas when blended add a creamy consistency to the smoothies.
