Healthy, gluten free snack that is the perfect fuel post workout.
I N G R E D I E N T S
- 1 Cup of Pitted Dates
- ¾ Cup of Almonds
- Tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons of Honey
- Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- ½ a Cup of Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds
- ½ Cup of Cocao (increase or decrease depending on how much of a “chocolate” flavour you would like)
M E T H O D
1) Add all ingredients to a blender
2) Blend until nuts are crushed and mixture is combined
3) Spray baking tray with coconut oil
4) Add ingredients into the tray
5) Bake on fan forced at 150 degrees celsius until firm but chewy, enjoy!
